Welcome to Josh Watts's Personal Training, where fitness meets passion and personalized guidance leads to transformative results. With a journey that began in 2018 when I became a certified personal trainer, my dedication to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable manner has only deepened over the years.

Having spent four enriching years as a Camp Gladiator Trainer, leading invigorating outdoor group fitness classes, I've honed my skills in motivating and inspiring individuals to push past their limits and discover their true potential. Now, as a solo personal trainer, I bring that same energy and expertise to every client interaction, tailoring workouts and nutrition plans to meet their unique needs and goals.

Certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and holding the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), I offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to my clients. My journey into fitness was fueled by a desire to set a positive example for my children, and my commitment to personal health extends to pursuing my own goals, including competing in strongman competitions and maintaining strength and vitality as I age.

As a lifelong fan of Jeeps, a devoted husband of 16 years, and a proud parent of two children pursuing their athletic dreams, I understand the importance of balance and resilience in achieving success both in and out of the gym. I bring a holistic approach to personal training, working tirelessly to ensure my clients not only reach their goals but also enjoy the journey along the way.
